         1. Sistem Penyimpanan Arsip menurut Abjad. Adalah sistem penyimpanan dan penemuan kembali arsip berdasarkan abjad.   Dalam penyusunannya setiap map (folder) menunjukkan nama korespondennya serta disusun berdasarkan abjad sesuai dengan warkat yang ada.
